Intellectual Property

All content, innovation methodologies, training materials, and 'prompts' (AI instructions) developed during our services are the exclusive and inalienable property of ARI TECH CONSULTING S.A.C. The use of these materials is restricted to the contractually agreed purposes.

Nature of Services

Our services and training are executed by expert partners with extensive experience, applying cutting-edge methodologies to strengthen business agility.

AI Privacy and Security Policy

We do NOT introduce confidential data into public models (such as Gemini, Gamma IA, ChatGPT, or Claude) without enterprise protection protocols. All interaction is supervised by expert partners.

Refund Policy

For workshops and training: No refunds are made once registration is confirmed. The client may request the transfer of their spot to a third party provided that notification is given at least 48 hours in advance.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the Laws of the Republic of Peru. Any controversy will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Lima.
